Mainstay Communications is a telecommunications service provider providing basic and enhanced services within its service territory. Basic services are offered at the following monthly rates:

| Federal Subscriber Line Charge-single line | $ 6.50 |
| Dual Party Relay Network for the Deaf Surcharge | $.05 |
| Directory Assistance-local | No Charge during normal business hours other areas-as charged by carrier chosen |
| Touch Tone Service-Included | No charge |
| Toll Blocking | No charge |
| Emergency 911 Services | $1.00 Surcharge
assessed according to County government. |
Low income individuals eligible for Lifeline and Linkup telephone assistance programs may be eligible for discounts from basic residential service charges.
Basic services are offered to all consumers in the Mainstay Communications service area at the rates, terms and conditions specified in the company's Tariffs.
